### sec.88 Recommendation to revoke
The authority may recommend to the Minister that a declaration of a service or part of a service be revoked.

The authority may recommend revocation of a declaration of a service or part of a service only if it is satisfied that, at the time of the recommendation, section 86 would prevent the Minister from declaring the relevant service or the part of the relevant service.
