### sec.82 Notice of investigation
Before starting an investigation under this subdivision, the authority must give reasonable notice of the investigation to—
the owner of the service; and
any other person the authority considers appropriate.
The notice must—
state the authority’s intention to conduct the investigation; and
state the name of the owner of the service; and
state the subject matter of the investigation; and
invite the person to whom the notice is given to make written submissions to the authority on the subject matter within a reasonable time stated in the notice; and
state the authority’s address.
(sec.82-ssec.1) Before starting an investigation under this subdivision, the authority must give reasonable notice of the investigation to— the owner of the service; and any other person the authority considers appropriate.
(sec.82-ssec.2) The notice must— state the authority’s intention to conduct the investigation; and state the name of the owner of the service; and state the subject matter of the investigation; and invite the person to whom the notice is given to make written submissions to the authority on the subject matter within a reasonable time stated in the notice; and state the authority’s address.
