### sec.71 Meaning of market
A market is a market in Australia or a foreign country.
If market is used in relation to goods or services, it includes a market for—
the goods or services; and
other goods or services that are able to be substituted for, or are otherwise competitive with, the goods or services mentioned in paragraph (a) .
(sec.71-ssec.1) A market is a market in Australia or a foreign country.
(sec.71-ssec.2) If market is used in relation to goods or services, it includes a market for— the goods or services; and other goods or services that are able to be substituted for, or are otherwise competitive with, the goods or services mentioned in paragraph (a) .
- (a) the goods or services; and
- (b) other goods or services that are able to be substituted for, or are otherwise competitive with, the goods or services mentioned in paragraph (a) .
