### sec.51 Publication of report about investigation
As soon as practicable after receiving the Minister’s response to its report about the investigation, the authority must publish the report on its website.
However, if the Minister accepted a recommendation under section 49 to delay publication of the report, or part of it, the authority must not publish the report or part on its website until the end of the period stated in the recommendation.

(sec.51-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after receiving the Minister’s response to its report about the investigation, the authority must publish the report on its website.
