### sec.42 Further information to support complaint
The authority may, by written notice, require a complainant to give the authority further stated information about the competitive neutrality complaint within the reasonable period stated in the notice.
The stated information must be information that the authority considers is necessary and reasonable to help the authority decide whether or not to investigate the complaint.
