### sec.39 Significant business activities
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the authority, decide that a business activity carried out by a government agency other than a government owned corporation is a significant business activity.
The Minister must give written notice of the decision to the government agency.
A significant business activity is a business activity that—
the Minister decides is a significant business activity under subsection (1) ; or
is carried out by a government owned corporation.
The authority must publish a list of all significant business activities on its website.

(sec.39-ssec.2) The Minister must give written notice of the decision to the government agency.
