### sec.36B Response to report of person carrying on activity—monopoly business activity that is a non-government business activity
This section applies to a report relating to a monopoly business activity that is a non-government business activity.
Within 90 days after receiving the report, the person carrying on the activity must give the authority the person’s written response to the report, including details of any action the person will or may take in response to each recommendation contained in the report.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
