### sec.34 Public availability of reports The authority must make a copy of a report available for public inspection as soon as practicable after giving the report to the Minister. Arrangements made for subsection (1) must include ensuring a copy of the report is available for public inspection during office hours on business days at the authority’s office. The authority may publish a report that is available for public inspection. Subsection (1) applies subject to section 35 . s 34 amd 2000 No. 15 s 14 ; 2008 No. 35 s 31 ; 2013 No. 39 s 43 sch 1 (sec.34-ssec.1) The authority must make a copy of a report available for public inspection as soon as practicable after giving the report to the Minister.
