### sec.257 Existing competitive neutrality complaints and investigations This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a competitive neutrality complaint made to the commission under the repealed Act had not been resolved or withdrawn; and the commission had not completed all actions in relation to the complaint that the commission was required to take under the repealed Act, part 5. This Act applies in relation to the competitive neutrality complaint as if the complaint were made to the authority under section 41. s 257 ins 2021 No. 12 s 210 (sec.257-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a competitive neutrality complaint made to the commission under the repealed Act had not been resolved or withdrawn; and the commission had not completed all actions in relation to the complaint that the commission was required to take under the repealed Act, part 5. (sec.257-ssec.2) This Act applies in relation to the competitive neutrality complaint as if the complaint were made to the authority under section 41. - (a) a competitive neutrality complaint made to the commission under the repealed Act had not been resolved or withdrawn; and - (b) the commission had not completed all actions in relation to the complaint that the commission was required to take under the repealed Act, part 5.
