### sec.252 References to, and acts etc. by, Ministers In a document brought into existence before the commencement of this section, a reference to the Ministers under the pre-amended Act may be taken, if the context permits, to be a reference to the Ministers under the amended Act. A direction, referral, declaration, revocation, decision or other act by the Ministers under the pre-amended Act may be taken, if the context permits, to be a direction, referral, declaration, revocation, decision or other act by the Ministers under the amended Act. This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20 .
