### sec.244 Tabling reports
This section applies to a report received by the Minister and mentioned in section 34 .
If the Minister must make the report, or a part of the report, available for public inspection, the Minister must ensure the report or part of the report is tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after the report is received by the Minister.
If the authority has recommended that the report, or a part of the report, not be available for public inspection for a stated period, the Minister must ensure the recommendation, and the authority’s reasons for the recommendation, are tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after the report is received by the Minister.
