sec.235Cabinet matters

### sec.235 Cabinet matters Matter is exempt matter if— it has been submitted, or is proposed by a Minister to be submitted, to Cabinet for its consideration and was brought into existence for the purpose of submission for consideration by Cabinet; or it forms part of an official record of Cabinet; or it is a draft of matter mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; or it is a copy of, or contains an extract from, matter or a draft of matter mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; or its disclosure would involve the disclosure of any deliberation or decision of Cabinet, other than matter that has been officially published by decision of Cabinet. Matter is not exempt under subsection (1) if it is merely factual or statistical matter unless— the disclosure of the matter under this Act would involve the disclosure of any deliberation or decision of Cabinet; and the fact of the deliberation or decision has not been officially published by decision of Cabinet. (sec.235-ssec.2) Matter is not exempt under subsection (1) if it is merely factual or statistical matter unless— the disclosure of the matter under this Act would involve the disclosure of any deliberation or decision of Cabinet; and the fact of the deliberation or decision has not been officially published by decision of Cabinet. - (a) it has been submitted, or is proposed by a Minister to be submitted, to Cabinet for its consideration and was brought into existence for the purpose of submission for consideration by Cabinet; or - (b) it forms part of an official record of Cabinet; or - (c) it is a draft of matter mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; or - (d) it is a copy of, or contains an extract from, matter or a draft of matter mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; or - (e) its disclosure would involve the disclosure of any deliberation or decision of Cabinet, other than matter that has been officially published by decision of Cabinet. - (a) the disclosure of the matter under this Act would involve the disclosure of any deliberation or decision of Cabinet; and - (b) the fact of the deliberation or decision has not been officially published by decision of Cabinet.
