### sec.227A Keeping registers
The authority may keep a register in the way it considers appropriate.
However, if the register is a register of distribution network codes under the Electricity Act 1994 or the Gas Supply Act 2003 , the authority must keep the register in a way that ensures each code included in the register is published on its website.
