### sec.223 Conditions of employment
The authority may decide its employees’ conditions of appointment.
However, subsection 1 has effect subject to an industrial instrument under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 .
The Public Sector Act 2022 does not apply for the appointment of the authority’s employees.
In this section—
conditions of employment includes conditions about the length of the employment and ending the employment.
