### sec.22 Meaning of price monitoring investigation A price monitoring investigation , in relation to a monopoly business activity, means an ongoing investigation in which the authority— monitors pricing practices relating to the activity; and reports periodically to the Minister about the results of the investigation. s 22 sub 2008 No. 35 s 20 amd 2013 No. 39 s 43 sch 1 - (a) monitors pricing practices relating to the activity; and - (b) reports periodically to the Minister about the results of the investigation.
