### sec.21I Notice of decision
The Minister must publish in the gazette—
notice of a decision to revoke, or not to revoke, a part 3 Ministerial declaration; and
the reasons for the decision.
Also, as soon as practicable after making the decision, the Minister must give a written notice stating the decision and reasons for the decision to—
the government agency or other person carrying on the activity; and
if the business activity is a significant business activity—the responsible local government for the local government entity carrying on the activity; and
the authority.
