### sec.21F Notice of investigation
Before starting an investigation under this division, the authority must give reasonable notice of the investigation to—
the government agency or other person carrying on the monopoly business activity; and
if the activity is a significant business activity—the responsible local government for the local government entity carrying on the activity; and
any other person the authority considers appropriate.
The notice must state the following—
the authority’s intention to conduct the investigation;
the subject matter of the investigation;
an invitation to interested persons to make written submissions to the authority on the subject matter within a reasonable time stated in the notice;
the authority’s address.
