### sec.214C Vacation of office An associate member vacates the member’s office if— the member resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or the Governor in Council, by written notice given to the member, removes the member from the panel of associate members. s 214C ins 2002 No. 56 s 24 - (a) the member resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or - (b) the Governor in Council, by written notice given to the member, removes the member from the panel of associate members.
