### sec.209 Composition of authority The authority consists of at least 3 members. The members are to be appointed by the Governor in Council. In appointing a member, regard must be had to the desirability of the members collectively having knowledge and understanding of commerce, economics, the interests of consumers and the interests of the Government in government agencies that carry on business activities. A member must be appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 209 amd 2008 No. 38 s 252 sch 3 ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.209-ssec.1) The authority consists of at least 3 members.
