### sec.202 Failure of witness to attend A person given a notice to attend as a witness at an arbitration hearing must not, without reasonable excuse— fail to attend as required by the notice; or fail to continue to attend as required by a member, unless excused from further attendance by a member. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment. - (a) fail to attend as required by the notice; or - (b) fail to continue to attend as required by a member, unless excused from further attendance by a member.
