### sec.198 Disclosing information
The authority may give an oral or written direction to a person prohibiting or restricting the person from divulging or communicating to anyone else, without the authority’s consent, stated information given to the person in the course of an arbitration.
A person must not contravene a direction under subsection (1) .
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —1,000 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
