### sec.188 Application of part This part applies to the following arbitrations— the arbitration of an access dispute conducted by the authority for part 5 , division 5 , subdivision 3 ; the arbitration for an application under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 , section 524 (2) . s 188 sub 2000 No. 15 s 43 amd 2000 No. 34 s 1145 sch 3 ; 2008 No. 34 s 751 sch 2 ; 2010 No. 53 s 116 - (a) the arbitration of an access dispute conducted by the authority for part 5 , division 5 , subdivision 3 ; - (b) the arbitration for an application under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 , section 524 (2) .
