### sec.187E Deciding questions If the mediator is constituted for a mediation by more than 1 person, any question before the mediator is to be decided— if paragraph (b) does not apply—according to the opinion of the majority of those persons; or if the persons are evenly divided on the question—according to the opinion of the person presiding. s 187E ins 2000 No. 15 s 42 - (a) if paragraph (b) does not apply—according to the opinion of the majority of those persons; or - (b) if the persons are evenly divided on the question—according to the opinion of the person presiding.
