### sec.182 Witness fees A person (other than an officer of a government agency) given a notice to attend as a witness at a hearing is entitled to be paid— the witness fees prescribed under a regulation; or if no witness fees are prescribed—the reasonable witness fees decided by the chairperson. - (a) the witness fees prescribed under a regulation; or - (b) if no witness fees are prescribed—the reasonable witness fees decided by the chairperson.
