### sec.170ZQ Approval of application The authority may approve the application if the authority is satisfied— there has been a material change of circumstances since the water pricing determination was made; and the material change of circumstances justifies the amendment; and the amendment does not contravene section 170ZH ; and the authority has complied with section 170ZI . For subsection (1) , a reference in section 170ZH or 170ZI to the making of a water pricing determination applies as if it were a reference to the making of an amendment of a water pricing determination. The authority must give notice of the making of the amendment to the water supplier.
