### sec.170ZH Restrictions affecting making of water pricing determination The authority must not make a water pricing determination for a monopoly water supply activity that is inconsistent with— if the activity is a declared service—an access determination relating to the service; or if the activity is a service, whether or not a declared service—an approved access undertaking for the service; or a water pricing determination code for the activity.
