### sec.170R Recommendation to revoke The authority may recommend to the Minister that a declaration of a monopoly water supply activity be revoked. Without limiting subsection (1) , the water supplier carrying on the monopoly water supply activity may ask the authority to recommend revocation. The authority may recommend revocation only if it is satisfied that, at the time of the recommendation, section 170P would prevent the Minister from declaring the relevant water supply activity to be a monopoly water supply activity. s 170R ins 2000 No. 15 s 39 amd 2008 No. 35 s 53 ; 2013 No. 39 s 43 sch 1 (sec.170R-ssec.1) The authority may recommend to the Minister that a declaration of a monopoly water supply activity be revoked.
