### sec.170G Requests about declarations of monopoly water supply activities
A person may ask the authority to recommend that a particular candidate water supply activity be declared by the Minister to be a monopoly water supply activity.
The Minister may ask the authority to consider whether a particular candidate water supply activity should be declared by the Minister to be a monopoly water supply activity.
A request under subsection (1) or (2) must be in the form approved by the authority.
Before the authority makes a recommendation about a request, the person or Minister may—
withdraw the request; or
with the written agreement of the authority—amend the request.
If a request is withdrawn, the request is taken, for this part, never to have been made.

(sec.170G-ssec.2) The Minister may ask the authority to consider whether a particular candidate water supply activity should be declared by the Minister to be a monopoly water supply activity.
(sec.170G-ssec.3) A request under subsection (1) or (2) must be in the form approved by the authority.
