### sec.170C Development of criteria Within 6 months after the commencement of this subdivision, the authority must— develop criteria (the water supply criteria ) for use by the Minister for deciding whether to declare a candidate water supply activity to be a monopoly water supply activity; and give written notice of the criteria to the Minister. s 170C ins 2000 No. 15 s 39 amd 2013 No. 39 s 43 sch 1 - (a) develop criteria (the water supply criteria ) for use by the Minister for deciding whether to declare a candidate water supply activity to be a monopoly water supply activity; and - (b) give written notice of the criteria to the Minister.
