### sec.169 Authority’s role for other access regimes
Subsection (2) applies if a law of another State that establishes an access regime permits functions to be conferred on the authority for the law, in accordance with an agreement between Queensland and the State concerned.
The authority has the functions conferred on it in accordance with the agreement.
