### sec.161 When manual binds access provider The cost allocation manual is binding on the access provider of the declared service to whom it relates from— the day after a copy of the manual is received by the access provider; or if a later day is stated in the manual as its day of effect—the later day. s 161 amd 2005 No. 37 s 25 - (a) the day after a copy of the manual is received by the access provider; or - (b) if a later day is stated in the manual as its day of effect—the later day.
