### sec.151 References to person involved in a contravention In this division, a reference to a person involved in a contravention is a reference to a person who— has aided, abetted, counselled or procured the contravention; or has induced the contravention (whether through threats, promises or in another way); or has been in any way (directly or indirectly) knowingly concerned in, or a party to, the contravention; or has conspired with others to effect the contravention. - (a) has aided, abetted, counselled or procured the contravention; or - (b) has induced the contravention (whether through threats, promises or in another way); or - (c) has been in any way (directly or indirectly) knowingly concerned in, or a party to, the contravention; or - (d) has conspired with others to effect the contravention.
