### sec.150I Notice of investigation
Before starting an investigation under this division, the authority must give reasonable notice of the investigation to—
the prescribed person who applied for the ruling; and
any other person the authority considers appropriate.
The notice must state the following—
the authority’s intention to conduct the investigation;
the subject matter of the investigation;
an invitation for the person to whom the notice is given to make written submissions to the authority on the subject matter within the time stated in the notice;
the authority’s address.

(sec.150I-ssec.1) Before starting an investigation under this division, the authority must give reasonable notice of the investigation to— the prescribed person who applied for the ruling; and any other person the authority considers appropriate.
