### sec.150B Purpose of div 7A The purpose of this division is to enable the authority to make a decision, on an application made by a prescribed person, about how the authority intends to treat a matter relating to access to a service for the purpose of— if the service is or becomes a declared service—making access determinations relating to the service; and deciding whether to approve draft access undertakings relating to the service. s 150B ins 2008 No. 35 s 51 - (a) if the service is or becomes a declared service—making access determinations relating to the service; and - (b) deciding whether to approve draft access undertakings relating to the service.
