### sec.14A Development of criteria for non-government business activities Within 6 months after the commencement of this section, the authority must— develop criteria for use by the Minister for deciding whether to declare a non-government business activity to be a monopoly business activity; and give written notice of the criteria to the Minister. s 14A ins 2008 No. 35 s 10 amd 2013 No. 39 s 43 sch 1 - (a) develop criteria for use by the Minister for deciding whether to declare a non-government business activity to be a monopoly business activity; and - (b) give written notice of the criteria to the Minister.
