### sec.148 Withdrawal of approved access undertaking
An approved access undertaking may be withdrawn at any time by the person who gave the relevant draft undertaking to the authority.
The authority may withdraw an approved access undertaking if it prepared the relevant draft undertaking.
However, a withdrawal may be made only with the written agreement of—
for a withdrawal under subsection (1) —the authority; or
for a withdrawal under subsection (2) —the responsible person.

(sec.148-ssec.1) An approved access undertaking may be withdrawn at any time by the person who gave the relevant draft undertaking to the authority.
(sec.148-ssec.2) The authority may withdraw an approved access undertaking if it prepared the relevant draft undertaking.
(sec.148-ssec.3) However, a withdrawal may be made only with the written agreement of— for a withdrawal under subsection (1) —the authority; or for a withdrawal under subsection (2) —the responsible person.
