### sec.13D Application of part to local government entities and responsible local governments that are the same person This section applies if— this part requires or permits something to be done by both a local government entity and the responsible local government for the entity; and the local government entity is not incorporated. The thing may be done by the local government entity or the responsible local government once and— if the thing is done by the local government entity—it is taken to have also been done by the responsible local government; or if the thing is done by the responsible local government—it is taken to have also been done by the local government entity. s 13D ins 2000 No. 15 s 5 (sec.13D-ssec.1) This section applies if— this part requires or permits something to be done by both a local government entity and the responsible local government for the entity; and the local government entity is not incorporated.
