### sec.13B Application of part to responsible local governments consisting of 2 or more local governments This section applies if the responsible local government for a local government entity consists of 2 or more local governments (the participants ). If this part requires or permits something to be done by a responsible local government, the thing may be done by 1 or more of the participants for the responsible local government. If a provision of this part refers to a responsible local government doing something, the provision applies as if the provision referred to 1 or more of the participants for the responsible local government doing the thing for the responsible local government. s 13B ins 2000 No. 15 s 5 (sec.13B-ssec.1) This section applies if the responsible local government for a local government entity consists of 2 or more local governments (the participants ). (sec.13B-ssec.2) If this part requires or permits something to be done by a responsible local government, the thing may be done by 1 or more of the participants for the responsible local government.
