### sec.138A Terms of particular approved access undertakings An approved access undertaking for a service may require or permit the owner or operator of the service to do the following, in the circumstances stated in the undertaking— treat access seekers differently in negotiating access agreements, or amendments to access agreements, relating to the service; or treat users differently in providing access to the service. s 138A ins 2010 No. 32 s 52 amd 2018 No. 6 s 8 - (a) treat access seekers differently in negotiating access agreements, or amendments to access agreements, relating to the service; or - (b) treat users differently in providing access to the service.
