### sec.118 Examples of access determinations Without limiting section 117 (3) , an access determination may— require the access provider to provide access to the service by the access seeker; or require the access seeker to pay for access to the service; or state the terms on which the access seeker has access to the service; or require the access provider to extend, or permit the extension of, the facility; or require the access provider to permit another facility to be connected to the facility; or include a requirement that the access provider and access seeker enter into an access agreement to give effect to a matter determined by the authority.
