### sec.115C Other persons may take part in mediation conference A mediator may allow a person who applies to take part in a mediation conference to take part in the conference if— the mediator is satisfied the person has a sufficient interest in the resolution of the access dispute; and the parties to the mediation consent. However, the person does not become a party to the dispute. s 115C ins 2000 No. 15 s 29 (sec.115C-ssec.1) A mediator may allow a person who applies to take part in a mediation conference to take part in the conference if— the mediator is satisfied the person has a sufficient interest in the resolution of the access dispute; and the parties to the mediation consent. (sec.115C-ssec.2) However, the person does not become a party to the dispute. - (a) the mediator is satisfied the person has a sufficient interest in the resolution of the access dispute; and - (b) the parties to the mediation consent.
