### sec.112 Giving dispute notice
This section applies if—
an access provider and access seeker can not agree on an aspect of access to a declared service; and
there is no access agreement between the access provider and access seeker relating to the service.
Either the access provider or access seeker may notify the authority that an access dispute exists.
For subsection (1) , there is no access agreement between an access provider and access seeker relating to a declared service if the aspect about access to the service about which the access provider and access seeker can not agree is increased access to the service.
(sec.112-ssec.1) This section applies if— an access provider and access seeker can not agree on an aspect of access to a declared service; and there is no access agreement between the access provider and access seeker relating to the service.
(sec.112-ssec.2) Either the access provider or access seeker may notify the authority that an access dispute exists.
(sec.112-ssec.3) For subsection (1) , there is no access agreement between an access provider and access seeker relating to a declared service if the aspect about access to the service about which the access provider and access seeker can not agree is increased access to the service.
- (a) an access provider and access seeker can not agree on an aspect of access to a declared service; and
- (b) there is no access agreement between the access provider and access seeker relating to the service.
