### sec.110 Notice of decision
If the authority decides to approve an access agreement, the authority must immediately give written notice of the decision to each of the parties to the agreement.
If the authority decides not to approve an access agreement, the authority must immediately give to each of the parties to the agreement a written notice stating the decision and the reasons for the decision.
