### sec.103 Requirement to produce access agreement
This section applies to an access agreement only if it is made in writing.
The authority may, by written notice given to an access provider who is a party to an access agreement, require the access provider to give a copy of the agreement to the authority within the time (not less than 14 days) stated in the notice.
The access provider must comply with the requirement within the time stated in the notice, unless the access provider has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —500 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment.
(sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies to an access agreement only if it is made in writing.
