### sec.97 Notice of transfer to Court of Appeal
This rule applies if the president transfers an appeal against a decision in a proceeding to the Court of Appeal under section 144 of the Act .
The principal registrar must give notice of the transfer to—
each party to the proceeding; and
each other person to whom notice of the appeal was given under rule 96 ; and
any person the tribunal directs to be given notice of the transfer.
(sec.97-ssec.1) This rule applies if the president transfers an appeal against a decision in a proceeding to the Court of Appeal under section 144 of the Act .
(sec.97-ssec.2) The principal registrar must give notice of the transfer to— each party to the proceeding; and each other person to whom notice of the appeal was given under rule 96 ; and any person the tribunal directs to be given notice of the transfer.
- (a) each party to the proceeding; and
- (b) each other person to whom notice of the appeal was given under rule 96 ; and
- (c) any person the tribunal directs to be given notice of the transfer.
