### sec.90 Application for correction An application under section 135 of the Act to the tribunal to correct a decision in a proceeding must be made— in the approved form; and within 28 days after the relevant day; and by filing it. See section 61 of the Act for the tribunal’s power to extend a time limit, or waive compliance with another procedural requirement, under the Act , an enabling Act or these rules. - (a) in the approved form; and - (b) within 28 days after the relevant day; and - (c) by filing it.
