### sec.9 Referring matter
The referral of a matter to the tribunal must be—
made—
in the approved form; or
if the referral is filed electronically under rule 24 and a practice direction prescribes the form to be used—in that form; or
otherwise—in the way stated in rule 10 ; and
filed.
When the referral is made, the applicant must—
file a statement of address for service; and
give a copy of the statement to each person to whom a copy of the application or referral was given under section 37 of the Act .

(sec.9-ssec.1) The referral of a matter to the tribunal must be— made— in the approved form; or if the referral is filed electronically under rule 24 and a practice direction prescribes the form to be used—in that form; or otherwise—in the way stated in rule 10 ; and filed.
(sec.9-ssec.2) When the referral is made, the applicant must— file a statement of address for service; and give a copy of the statement to each person to whom a copy of the application or referral was given under section 37 of the Act .
