### sec.88 Giving decision The tribunal gives a decision in a proceeding either— orally in a hearing of the proceeding; or by setting it out in a document that is signed by the presiding member. If the tribunal gives its decision orally, the decision may be reproduced into writing and signed by a member of the tribunal, an adjudicator or the principal registrar. See chapter 2 , part 7 , division 2 of the Act for other provisions about the tribunal giving a decision. See also chapter 2 , part 7 , divisions 3 and 4 of the Act for provisions about the effect of a tribunal decision and the enforcement of a tribunal decision.
