### sec.68 Amendment of order giving effect to settlement
An application under section 88 (2) of the Act for an amendment of an order giving effect to a settlement for a proceeding must be made—
in the approved form; and
within 28 days after the order is made; and
by filing it.
- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) within 28 days after the order is made; and
- (c) by filing it.
