### sec.66 Expiry of offer
An offer to settle a proceeding may be made at any time before the tribunal makes its final decision in the proceeding.
An offer to settle a proceeding made before a hearing starts expires on the earlier of the following—
the day the hearing of the proceeding starts;
the expiry date stated in the offer.
An offer to settle a proceeding made after a hearing starts expires on the earlier of the following—
the day the tribunal makes its final decision in the proceeding;
the expiry date stated in the offer.
(sec.66-ssec.1) An offer to settle a proceeding may be made at any time before the tribunal makes its final decision in the proceeding.
(sec.66-ssec.2) An offer to settle a proceeding made before a hearing starts expires on the earlier of the following— the day the hearing of the proceeding starts; the expiry date stated in the offer.
(sec.66-ssec.3) An offer to settle a proceeding made after a hearing starts expires on the earlier of the following— the day the tribunal makes its final decision in the proceeding; the expiry date stated in the offer.
